YÜTEK Makina Shipbuilding Industry Trade Ltd. Şti. It was established in 2001 by Yücel Tekin to provide services in ship maintenance, repair, manufacturing, steel processing, ultrasonic sheet metal measurement, ship survey. The firm is based in Izmir and has a branch in Istanbul.

The company has advanced machinery and all Türk Loydu certified personnel consist of highly experienced masters, technicians, technicians and engineers.
